IMPROVISATION
WHO: Grades 6-8
WHAT: A fun-filled four week class in music and theatre improvisation, exploring a variety of tools and techniques to expand performance knowledge! Join the excitement with movement, mime, dialogue, riffing and ad libbing.
WHEN: Mondays at 4-5 PM (3/17-4/7)

MONDAY
INTRODUCTION TO ACTING
WHO: Grades 3-5
WHAT: Our Intro to Acting Class is a four-week, hands on exploration of the basics of theatre, introducing the concept of the body as an instrument through exercises, games, reading, scene work and discussion.
Students will learn tools to express themselves physically, vocally, mentally and emotionally by practicing focus, presence and ensemble work.
WHEN: Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM (3/18-4/8)

MUSICAL THEATRE STUDIO
WHO: Grades 9-12
WHAT: This master-class style course delves into the art of acting through song, exploring the rich world of musical theatre interpretation, analysis, and performance. Course units include script interpretation and analysis, audition technique, and singing/acting skills.
*Please note - singing is required to participate in this class.
WHEN: Thursdays from 4-6 PM (3/20-4/10)
